As a Junior Motion Graphic Designer you will join our international and versatile Creative Production team, where you will work on challenging projects and develop your skills in the vibrant environment of talented and motivated team members. In your role you will be responsible among others for the visual localization of our TV commercials and online videos in different languages.

Your new Role

Your New Role:

  • Closely collaborate with in-house Creative Producers, Motion Designers and Video Editors on TV and Youtube ads.

  • Supporting role in TV ad post-production.

  • Adapt and localise TV ads master projects for different countries.

  • Maintain and streamline post-production workflow with Senior Motion Designer (including template creation and automation where possible).

  • Support the team with basic 3D work in Blender, such as:

    • Modeling simple product assets (e.g., a smartphone)

    • Creating clean renders or passes for compositing

    • Experimenting with small simulation-based elements
      (e.g., particle-style effects)

  • Occasionally work with other departments (e.g., Human Resources and Internal Communications) to create 2D animations and explainer-style content.

Your Skills

Your Skills:

  • First practical experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or even student projects) in motion design / post-production. Required  0 - 2 years of experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Good understanding of standard post-production workflows and techniques, such as:

    • Animation principles.

    • Compositing with the main focus of screen replacement clean-ups.

    • Chroma keying, masking/roto fundamentals, basic tracking principles.

  • Working knowledge of After Effects + Mocha.

  • Basics and solid understanding of clean topology for hard-surface modeling. 

  • Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Nice to have: typography skills (kinetic type, hierarchy, readability across formats and languages).

  • Portfolio website or showreel is must for the application.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the animation industry or on postproduction-related projects – this will be a valuable asset, especially for international collaboration and understanding market specifics.

  • Experience working in international teams and cross-country collaboration
