Payroll and HR Specialist

Your Role:

As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of our HR department at our brand-new offices in Prishtina. You will be responsible for personnel management and a wide range of administrative activities, ensuring a seamless HR experience for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks related to hiring processes, including issuing contracts, extensions, and terminations
• Maintain accurate document archiving
• Address employee requests and resolve HR-related issues
• Track employee attendance and manage timekeeping records
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Monitor and coordinate mandatory safety training and related compliance activities

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role within a modern, well-structured organization
• Demonstrated management, organizational, analytical, planning, and control skills
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication abilities
• Proven capability to manage and support employees at various levels within the organization

Additional Information:

This position is based at AUTO1 Kosovo’s new headquarters:
Rruga Bekim Femiu, lam A, lokali S4/2.1, Prishtina.
Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
