We are looking for a Senior Manager - Automotive Warranty and Services Expert (f/m/x) to join our Financing & Value-Added Services Team. Our Financing & Value-Added Services team is responsible for financing, insurance and aftersales services in every market where Autohero operates. We're looking for someone to push our warranty and services offering further: improve what we sell today, take it to best-in-class performance, and build the next generation of services our customers will love.
Position within the company and managerial responsibilities: You'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with our Product, Finance, Tech, Marketing and Claims teams at our Berlin headquarters, and in regular contact with local management in our 9 European subsidiaries.

Your new Role
- Bring your experience to review, challenge and improve our processes and products. Leverage data, AI and technology to reduce costs while keeping customer satisfaction high, and share best practices across all our European entities.
- Sharpen your analytical, project management, communication and stakeholder management skills in a high-performing team.
- Act as the central link between Product/Tech, Legal, Finance, Claims and external partners, and help drive future project rollouts.
- Turn our extended warranty and maintenance subscription programs into true powerhouses. You'll refine our planning infrastructure, put cost controls in place, create training materials, optimize product content, and grow revenue through targeted revenue management and renewal initiatives.
- Lead by example: turn your ideas into plans, and your plans into reality. Drive results from the ground up and work closely with our claims teams to make a real impact.
Your Skills
- You've worked independently with senior stakeholders at international scale. You enjoy moving things forward, you take ownership, and your drive for results goes beyond a 9-to-5 mindset
- You have strong analytical skills and manage priorities well under tight deadlines
- You bring up to 5 years of experience in automotive warranty and/or maintenance contract management, ideally at a recognized insurer or OEM captive, preferably in an international automotive context
- You hold a degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a related field
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- You're fully proficient in English; any other European language is a plus
