Project Manager and HR Business Partner

Your new Role

• Gather project requirements and develop project plans;
• Develop and execute business development opportunities and growth strategies
• Coordinate closely with Auto1's management team to define priorities, build relationships and execute deals;
• Optimize and automate existing process flows in the current system as well as create incentive and performance analytics to increase efficiency
• Be part of recruiting, hiring, training and personal development of the employees;
• Create reports and status updates
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and employees to foster collaboration and support.

Your Skills

● 2+ years work experience in Management/Strategy, or similar business tasks;

● Excellent analytical skills, Excel knowledge;

● Self-motivated individual who can succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with outstanding team leadership skills;

● Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

● Fluent in written and spoken English

Our Offer

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
