Your new Role

The mission of Auto1 Remarketing team Is to make B2B car selling easy and efficient, providing best-in-class tools to our Partners. With our solution car dealers profit from easy processes, highest prices and fastest online services.

Thereby, The Evaluation Quality Assurance team monitors the quality of the inspection reports realized by our technical experts, analyzing video-photographic material and making changes and improvements before publishing on our online platforms.

Joining our Business Support team, you will have the responsibility to train, manage and motivate a team of resources, coordinating their activities in a proactive and strategic way, in order to achieve the set business objectives. The Team Lead manages the direction of all practices and inspection reports of the team, maintaining the highest level of efficient service/maintenance daily, and oversees the overall growth of the departement

Your Duties:

  • Monitor incoming vehicle valuations and all important vehicle data and be responsible for placing vehicles on our auction platform;
  • Lead and develop the team in business services and manage the organization of work within the teams;
  • Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing processes;
  • Ensure the daily activity and development of the team;
  • Integrate and train the team.

Your Skills

  • Excellent communication and time management skills;
  • Strong motivation to achieve goals;
  • Previous experience in back office / data entry;
  • Experience of at least 2 years in the management and coordination of resources / work teams, with a focus on results.
  • Excellent command of English.

Place of work: Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta, Alpas Center, Tirane

Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time 09:00-18:00
